• Caption: Orient Heights still has four system maps produced in 1971. These maps are unique, both in their age and the fact that they were never used anywhere else. Worth noting is that it shows the Washington Street and Charlestown Elevateds (on the Orange Line), and the South Shore Extension stopping at Quincy Center (Red Line). While they have been overlooked for decades, I understand these maps are already being specifically targeted for replacement the next time the T updates the maps systemwide, which should be within the next few years.
