Caption: At the end of 2005 the T bought F40PH #316 from Amtrak, an odd move seeing as how they intend to retire the F40PHs. The lettering below the cab claims that the loco was based out of Chicago, but my manager at BET is pretty certain it worked trains out of Boston. Maybe it handled the Lake Shore Limited between those two cities. (June 19, 2006)
