Caption: On July 11 Providence & Worcester GP38's 2006 and 2007 arrived at BET. The T borrowed them to operate a rail train on the Lowell line due to a shortage of power. The train was to lay continuous welded rail beside the existing tracks between North Billerica and Wilmington and north of Winchester.
