Caption: While it's not unusual to find maintenance of way equipment parked on the siding on the outbound platform at Boylston (formerly the track to the abandoned Pleasant St. portal), finding this car there was. Boeing LRV 3448 was converted to a track geometry car in 2005, and spends most of its time buried in the yard at Riverside, with views of it usually blocked by other cars. Being able to get a close-up view of it was quite a treat. (March 24, 2009)
